How do billing payments and renewals work?
Once you sign up for Saajh, your credit card will get charged for one month of the subscription. You will then be automatically charged that amount on a monthly basis. Your billing cycle will start on the day you sign up. Ex. if you sign up on April 3rd, you will be billed on the 3rd of every month. However if you sign up for your subscription on August 31st, for the next month you’ll be charged on the last day of the month instead.
How do credits works?
First you must sign up for Saajh by inputting the required information and payment details. Once processed you will see the number of credits you have remaining to use under your name/thumbnail and inside your user admin panel.
Why can’t I subscribe?
Once you’ve filled out your name, email, and other information, it’ll then be time for you to input your payment details whether that be your credit card or PayPal. If your payment has been declined, we recommend you contact your bank or credit card company to ensure everything is okay. If you’re using PayPal, we recommend first contacting your bank before contacting PayPal to ensure everything is okay.
What happens to my unused credits for the month?
All unused credits will be rolled over month to month. Always make use of your credits by downloading the latest instruments, sounds, and samples as you’ll never know when you’ll need them. However, If you decide to cancel your subscription your credits will be removed even if you decide to sign up again at a later date.
How do credits work?
Every downloaded instrument, sound or sample counts as 1 credit use.
Upgrading and Downgrading Plans.
You can always decide to buy more credits as your need seems fit. However downgrading isn’t an option at this moment.
How can I cancel my subscription to Saajh?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your ‘My Profile’ page and clicking on the cancel subscription button.
Searching for sounds
We’ve made Saajh easy to search for all of your favorite sounds. If you’re working on a song in the raag of bhairavi, and you’re looking to add in a specific instrument such as a Tumbi; In the search bar type in Tumbi Bhairavi and the results will show based on that specific criteria.
Your billing information
You can find and manage your billing information under your user admin page à Billing, where you can find and update all of your payment information as needed.
